POSTER INFORMATION

Posters should be A0 size (1.2 meters by 1 meter), and be portrait orientation.

It is recommended to use standard paper and not fabric.

Poster Session 1

Wednesday, 19th February 2025
Time: 6:00PM - 7:30PM 
Featuring: Science Bite and odd numbered posters

Poster Session 2

Thursday, 20th February 2025
Time: 6:00PM - 7:30PM
Featuring: Science Bite and even numbered posters 

Official viewing and judging of student posters will happen during the two sessions on Wednesday and Thursday nights. Please ensure you are present at your poster during your session.

Presenters will be required to stand at your poster during your sessions for discussion.

The poster boards are in the Convention Centre and numbered according to the ID numbers in the program.

Velcro will be provided at your poster board position. If you require more, please visit the registration desk.
